Return and Refund Policy
Do you need to return something?
Items can only be returned for a refund or a different size. Simply fill in
the form that comes with the purchased item and send it back to us with the item/s (in their original condition). Please follow the steps below within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
1. Next to the products listed, select one of the reason codes against your return.
2. Should you require a different size of the item purchased, simply return the item to us in its original condition.
3. Should you require a refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition. Should the item be in its original condition after our inspection, you will receive a full refund.
4. Use the pre-printed label attached to this form. Cut it out and secure it to the parcel. Please note that this label is NOT POSTAGE OR COURIER PAID.
5. It is very important to enclose this form with your parcel to enable us to process your return within 24 hours of receipt of item.
6. Please retain proof of postage or courier until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.
